By accessing or using PagePilot CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. License and Access

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform strictly for managing your own Facebook Pages. You agree not to misuse our services or help anyone else do so.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Ensuring that your use of the platform complies with Meta/Facebook's Official Terms of Service and Community Standards.

4. Meta/Facebook Integration

Our service relies on the Meta Graph API. We are not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. Changes to Facebook's API may affect the functionality of our service, and we are not liable for any such disruptions.

5. Subscription and Licensing

Access to premium features requires a valid license key. Licenses are non-transferable and may be revoked if we detect fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

PagePilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or any disruption in Facebook API services.
